Returns

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items:
Some products cannot be returned due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishable or living items (e.g. plants, seeds, bulbs)
  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Gift cards or downloadable digital products

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact our support team before sending it back.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at returns@wildgardenexpert.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
We’ll provide you with instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Return shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
